一.团队成员
陕西师范大学食品绿色制造与安全控制研究团队成立于2015年,是bat365在线平台官网的一支重要科研与教学队伍。团队在组长杨兴斌教授带领下,拥有5名优秀专业人才,包括教授1名、副教授2名,讲师2名,师资博士后1名。团队拥有中青年科技创新领军人才各1人,3人有出国学习与研究经历,形成了一支多学科交叉融合、以中青年人才为主体、自主创新能力强、富有团队精神的高水平人才队伍。
本研究团队是一支科研与教学相结合、基础与应用相结合、食品科学与化学、生命科学相结合的创新研究团队。着力扎根西部,服务于区域经济社会的发展。团队将科研目光定位于关系民生、民族繁衍的食品绿色制造及食品安全控制的科学前沿问题,以高值化食品的绿色制造技术、功能(保健)食品及食品安全全程控制为发展目标,提升大众的公共营养与食品安全科学认知水平,促进食物绿色加工安全和营养改善。目前,团队在食品绿色加工、生物制造、食品安全检测与控制、营养代谢与保健食品研发领域具有较强竞争力,处于国内领先地位。
二.研究方向和特色
食品绿色制造主要围绕西北及陕西大宗和特色农产品及食品的化学、营养、安全及加工开展创新研发工作。主要致力于特色农产品的营养聚集化节能减排和综合利用的绿色精深加工、功能(保健)食品的产业化、酶学及蛋白工程产品的绿色生物制造,以及食品功能因子的分子营养,食品功能成分互作特性及分子机制等基础理论的系统前沿研究。同时,以食品加工及生产过程中的全程安全监测与控制为发展目标,针对食品生产、加工过程中存在的农兽药、激素、生物毒素、食物过敏原、非食用添加物、食源性致病菌等有害物质带来的安全问题与健康风险,综合运用多学科现代科学理论与技术,对影响食品质量安全的控制及检测关键技术进行深入研究,重点在检测技术、质量控制与典型示范三个方面开展食品中化学污染物高通量侦测技术研究,常见病原微生物检测和溯源技术和农产品食品危害因子风险甄别与控制技术研究,创新性开发一批在线检测技术、设备、信息系统和标准规范,并进行技术集成示范。具体几个主要研究方向如下:

三.研究条件
团队建设的平台所在单位为bat365在线平台官网,以及“陕西省食品绿色加工与安全控制”工程实验室、教育部“药用资源与天然药物化学”重点实验室和“西北濒危药材资源开发”国家工程实验室。实验室拥有GC/MS-QP2010气-质联用仪(GC-MS)、Agilent 6460 LC/MS 三重四级杆液质联用仪、micrOTOF-Q III 高性能的电喷雾-四级杆-飞行时间LC/MS/MS串联质谱仪(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)、HPLC仪5台、半制备色谱仪1台、ECO PHYSICS CLD66型NO仪等现代实验仪器。
团队研究室按国家重点实验室和国家及省部级工程中心的标准而建设,研究团队拥有国内先进的食品化学、安全与营养研究平台,先后建立了设备先进和管理规范的功能食品工程实验室(含细胞实验室和动物实验室)、食品生物工程实验室、食品质量与安全检测实验室、食品加工中试与生产示范车间四大专业研究平台。具备食品化学、安全与营养研究以及功能食品研发转化所需的高水平实验评价技术平台,满足承担国家和省级重大研究任务的实验平台需求。
四.团队成员简介

杨兴斌,博士,bat365在线平台官网院长、教授、博士生导师,教育部“药用资源与天然药物化学”重点实验室和“西北濒危药材资源开发”国家工程实验室学术带头人,陕西省食品绿色加工与安全控制工程实验室主任。先后在Antioxid. Redox Signal.(IF 8.2), Am. J. Clin. Nutr. (IF 6.5), Free Radic. Biol.Med.(IF 5.7), Mol. Nutr.Food Res., PLoS ONE, J. Agric. Food Chem., Food Func., Food Chem.等SCI杂志发表论文70余篇,IF>5论文5篇,论文被SCI引用900余次,论文H-index为18。担任《食品科学》、《食品安全质量检测学报》、《陕西师范大学学报》、《Nutrition and Dietetics》、《International Journal of Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics》等杂志编委。兼任陕西省食品科学技术学会副理事长、陕西省营养学会副理事长。先后获陕西省科技进步一、二等奖各1项和陕西高等学校科学技术一等奖2项,2011年获中国食品产业产学研创新发展杰出科研人才奖,2013年获陕西省职工优秀科技“创新人物”称号,2014年荣获“全国模范军队转业干部”称号及省部级劳动模范,2014年入选“陕西省中青年科技创新领军人才”。 研究方向: (1)食品营养化加工和保健食品方面的产学研应用基础研究; (2)食品营养与代谢; (3)食品安全与纳米检测。 |

孔庆军,男,1976年9月20日生,浙江大学化学专业博士,现为bat365在线平台官网副教授、硕士生导师,2014年按“学术骨干”引进陕西师范大学。目前主持国家自然科学基金1项,参加国家自然科学基金3项,先后发表学术论文15余篇,其中SCI收录杂志发表论文8篇。 |

邵红军:1977年出生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主持高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金新教师基金、中国博士后科学基金一等资助、陕西省农业科技攻关计划等多项省部级项目。在国内外期刊如J Antibiot、J Sci Food Agric、 HeterocyclesHel、Chim Acta等上发表文章30余篇。 研究方向: (1) 食药资源化学与分子营养研究; (2)马铃薯主食化食品研究与开发。 |

张忠,男,1987年出生,博士,讲师。2015年7月博士毕业于中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所。2015年获“中国科学院院长优秀奖”,主持和参加多个科研项目。近年来在J. Mater. Chem. A,ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces,J. Agric. Food. Chem.等发表SCI论文17篇,其中第一作者7篇;一区论文4篇。 研究方向 (1)新型表面子印迹聚合物的制备及其样品前处理与传感中的应用; (2)食品中植物生长调节剂的分析与检测。 |

李照,女,1986年出生,博士,讲师。2014年7月博士毕业于中国科学院化学研究所。目前主持中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目1项。近年来在Anal. Chem., Chem. Commun.和Biosens. Bioelectron.等国际重要期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇,还申请了三项专利。 研究方向 (1)荧光探针的设计合成及其在食品质量安全检测中的应用。 (2)食品危害物安全控制技术研究。 |

林德慧, 1985年出生,博士,师资博后。2015年7月博士毕业于西北农林科技大学,期间于昆士兰大学联合培养2年(2013/01-2015/02)。目前主持全国博士后面上项目1项、中央高校基本科研业务费专项项目1项。近年来发表学术论文8篇,其中在Bioresour. Technol.,Food Hydrocolloids,Carbohyd. Polym.等期刊发表4篇(SCI一区1篇,二区2篇,三区1篇)。 研究方向: (1)微生物导向的胞外多糖的原位组装及其构效关系研究; (2)可食性多糖基纳米保鲜膜的开发与应用。 |
