李婷,女,副教授博士生导师入选2023年度陕西省青年科技新星主持国家自然科学基金项目3项(面上2项,青年1项)、中国博士后科学基金2项(特别资助和面上项目1陕西省科协青年人才托举计划项目1项、陕西省科技攻关项目1项、中央高校科研业务基金2项;先后在Cell MetabolismSCI杂志发表论文40篇;参编教材2部;参与获得陕西省科技进步二等奖1项、陕西高等学校科学技术一等奖和二等奖各1项。主要从事功能食品与分子营养学领域相关教学与科研工作。
