    王迪,女,博士,师资博士后。2020年毕业于浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学学院,获得工学博士学位。在食品学科权威期刊发表近论文20篇,其中第一作者9篇。已授权国际专利2项。主要研究方向包括果蔬加工、农产品包装技术如脱氧剂、涂膜保鲜的开发和研究。
