韩彦慧(1990-),bat365在线平台官网副研究员。2015年获西南大学食品科学硕士研究生学位,2020年获美国麻省大学阿姆赫斯特分校(University of Massachusetts Amherst)食品科学博士学位,2020年在美国麻省大学阿姆赫斯特分校 (University of Massachusetts Amherst) 进行博士后工作。致力于食品营养与健康研究领域,研究方向有膳食功能因子在体内吸收代谢及功能活性,食品组分与肠道微生物的交互作用及其对机体健康促进或潜在毒害作用研究。
