骆莹,女,博士(后),硕士生导师,副教授。毕业于西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院。主要从事食品营养与食品安全控制方面研究工作。承担本科生必修课程《人体生理学》、《食品毒理学》。获陕西省科研工作者创新创业大赛三等奖;陕西师范大学教学质量优秀奖。
