个人简介

张忠,博士(后),副教授,硕士生导师。2015年获中国科学院博士学位,2017年获批“香江学者计划”,并赴香港大学开展博士后研究工作。兼任陕西师范大学食品学院系主任,商洛市市场监督管理局副局长(挂职),《食品安全质量检测学报》青年编委,《食品工业科技》青年编委,Polymer杂志客座编辑,Food Microbiology副主编,陕西农业工程协会理事,陕西食品科学技术协会理事,陕西省科技特派员。在Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical,Journal of Hazardous Material,Food Chemistry等10多个期刊担任审稿人,国家自然科学项目通讯评审专家。
