朱彩平，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2001年6月于武汉轻工大学获食品科学与工程专业工学学士学位，2006年6月于华中农业大学获食品科学专业工学博士学位，2006年7月至今在bat365在线平台官网任教。主要研究方向：功能食品学、农副产品高值化利用、天然产物活性成分的分离提取及活性评价。主持国家自然基金项目1项，陕西省科技攻关项目1项，陕西省自然基金项目1项，中央高校基本科研业务费专项项目3项，参与国家基金项目6项，省级项目6项。发表学术论文40余篇，参编教材3部。获陕西省科学技术奖1项，高等学校科学技术奖2项。主持制定陕西省地方标准1项，参与制定陕西省地方标准2项。
