孔庆军,博士(后),教授/博士生导师,陕西省高层次人才特聘专家,陕西省科技创新团队“果品贮藏与保鲜团队”负责人,新西兰奥克兰理工大学访问学者,曾挂职陕西省商洛市商州区人民政府党组成员,副区长(2019-2020),兼任西安市特色水果贮藏与保鲜重点实验室主任、国家自然科学基金项目通讯评审专家,中国植物病理学会产后病理学专业委员会委员、中国农学会农产品物流分会常务理事、陕西省现代葡萄产业技术体系贮藏保鲜岗位专家、陕西省食品学会常务理事等。近年来一直立足西北区域特色果品资源优势,长期致力于生鲜农产品质量安全控制与营养品质调控的教学与科研工作,重点开展“食品贮藏运输过程中质量控制和营养维持”前沿科学研究,在食品营养物质基础、贮藏运输过程调控营养品质及病害控制,以及食品内在营养品质形成机制方面取得系列创新成果。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,地区基金项目1项,陕西省创新能力支撑计划项目、陕西省重点研发计划项目、西安市农业重点产业链关键技术攻关项目等省部级项目10余项;获得陕西高等学校科学技术二等奖2项,陕西师范大学教学成果特等奖1项;以第一或通讯作者在Crit Rev Food Sci, Food Hydrocolloids, J Agr Food Chem, Food Chem, Postharvest Biol Tec, Food Control、Food Microbiol等杂志发表SCI论文50余篇;授权发明专利5项;出版专著3部。

主要研究方向:
(1)果品天然多酚类化合物结构解析、生物合成机制及淬灭单线态氧(1O2)活性研究
运用多种化学计量学方法从葡萄等果品中分离得到了多种芪类化合物(白藜芦醇单体、二聚体、多聚体、异构体及类似物),应用分子生物学技术筛选并验证芪类化合物生物合成主要关键基因,全面系统地揭示了芪类化合物淬灭1O2的一般规律和构效机制。
(2)果品采后贮藏期病害发生机制及致病机理研究
基于多组学技术揭示病原菌抵抗宿主免疫应答的分子机制,解析病原菌侵染致病机制,并探究毒素合成通路,利用基因敲除、过表达、沉默等分子生物学技术探究病原菌生物学功能、致病因子及与果实互作机制。
(3)果品减损保鲜与即食处理技术研究
基于植物源活性物质、拮抗菌研发生鲜农产品可食性涂膜、微生物制剂等多项安全高效防腐保鲜技术,构建生鲜农产品采后病害绿色防控技术体系并推广应用。同时利用采后变温控熟、气凝胶乙烯缓释等绿色即食处理技术解决猕猴桃等典型呼吸跃变型果品的即食难题。
