袁莉,女,中共党员,博士,教授,硕士生导师。荣获西安市科协青年托举人才。主要从事食品分子营养学和毒理学领域的相关教学与科研工作。主讲《食品分子生物学》和《食品毒理学》课程。近年来,主持研究国家自然科学基金项目2项、陕西省技术创新引导计划项目1项及厅局级项目2项等。以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文50余篇,其中SCI收录30余篇,授权发明专利5件,参编教材2部,参与获得陕西省高等学校科学技术一等奖和二等奖各1项。
