田呈瑞,男,1955年生,现为bat365在线平台官网教授、博士生导师。1982年毕业于西北农业大学,1987-1989在德国Hohenheim大学食品工程学院访问学习,多年来一直从事食品科学与工程方面的教学、科研和开发工作。曾担任西北农业大学食品科学系副主任,陕西师范大学食品工程系主任,兼任中国农业工程学会农产品贮藏加工分会副理事长、陕西省食文化研究会副会长、陕西省食品科学技术学会副理事长、陕西省食品安全协会副会长、陕西省农业工程学会副理事长、陕西省饮食营养协会副会长、陕西省营养学会常务理事等社团职务。
1995年开始担任硕士生导师,2003年以后担任博士生导师。已指导博士后1名、博士生12名、硕士生51名。毕业生多就职于科研院所、企事业单位等,多名学生已成长为高校教授、研究员,企事业单位骨干。曾多次获学校教学质量评估优秀奖、优秀教师、教书育人先进个人、教学标兵等荣誉奖励。
主持国家级和省部级科研课题15项,获省、部级科技进步奖四项、厅级科技进步奖三项,开发食品新产品近40个;在国内外学术刊物发表论文150余篇,出版著作教材8部;长期开展科技扶贫工作,为山区人民脱贫致富和振兴山区经济做出了重要贡献。2000年获国家科技部“振华科技扶贫服务奖”、2005年获“中国食文化突出贡献专家”、2006年获“陕西省优秀科技工作者”称号。
